Spiral steel pipe is a spiral seam steel pipe made of strip coil plate, extruded by constant temperature and welded by automatic double-wire submerged arc welding. The spiral steel pipe will send the strip into the welding pipe unit, roll through the multi-channel roll, the strip gradually rolled up to form a circular tube blank with an open gap, adjust the pressure of the extrusion roll, so that the weld gap is controlled in 1~3mm, and the two ends of the welding joint are flush.

Our carbon steel welded pipes are manufactured using advanced ERW (Electric Resistance Welding) or LSAW (Longitudinal Submerged Arc Welding) technology, featuring precision forming systems with automatic seam tracking, in-line heat treatment for stress relief, automated ultrasonic testing for weld integrity, and computer-controlled cutting to length. With an annual production capacity of 200,000 tons, we maintain strict wall thickness tolerance of ±10% to ensure consistent product quality.
