Alloy Carbon Steel Coil is steel containing substantial quantities of elements other than carbon and the commonly-accepted limited amounts of manganese, sulfur, silicon, and phosphorus. Addition of such alloying elements is usually for the purpose of increased hardness, strength, or chemical resistance.

Our alloy carbon steel coils are based on high-quality carbon steel, with precise addition of alloying elements such as manganese, silicon, chromium, and molybdenum. While ensuring high hardness and tensile strength, they optimize the material's weldability and impact toughness. Covering mainstream grades including 4130, 4340, and 15CrMo, they are widely suitable for scenarios such as machinery manufacturing, oil pipelines, and automotive parts — capable of meeting the load-bearing requirements of structural components and withstanding long-term service in moderately corrosive environments. Customization is available for thickness, width, and surface conditions (pickling, cold rolling, galvanizing, etc.). The coils are tightly wound with flat plate shape, significantly reducing subsequent cutting and forming costs. Each batch of products undergoes mechanical property testing and composition analysis, accompanied by authoritative quality assurance documents, meeting strict industrial-grade standards.


Starting from the selection of high-quality steel billets with low phosphorus and sulfur content, the billets are uniformly heated in a walking beam heating furnace (1100-1250℃), then enter the rough rolling and finish rolling mills for multi-pass rolling. The AGC automatic thickness control system ensures the precision error is ≤ ±0.02mm. After rolling, a laminar cooling system is used to precisely control the cooling rate, optimizing the metallographic structure and mechanical properties of the steel. Subsequent treatments such as continuous annealing, pickling and passivation, or galvanizing are performed as required. Finally, precise slitting, constant-tension winding, and ultrasonic flaw detection are conducted. The entire process complies with international standards such as ASTM and GB/T, and digital control ensures the performance and dimensional stability of every alloy carbon steel coil.
