Our reinforcing steel bars (rebars) are crafted from high-quality low-carbon alloy steel, engineered to deliver exceptional tensile strength, yield strength, and bond performance with concrete. Covering mainstream grades such as HRB400, HRB500, ASTM A615 Gr.40/60, and BS4449, they are indispensable in construction projects including high-rise buildings, bridges, highways, and precast concrete components. Available in a full range of common diameters, with options for plain round, ribbed, or deformed surfaces to enhance anchoring with concrete. Each batch undergoes strict tensile, bending, and chemical composition testing, accompanied by mill test certificates (MTC), ensuring compliance with international standards and structural safety requirements.


The production starts with the selection of low-phosphorus and low-sulfur steel billets, which are uniformly heated in a continuous heating furnace. The heated billets are then rolled through multi-pass rolling mills to form the desired diameter and surface profile (ribbed/deformed). Key processes adopt automatic temperature control and dimensional detection systems to ensure consistent specifications. After rolling, the rebars undergo water quenching and tempering (WQ-T) to optimize mechanical properties, followed by straightening, fixed-length cutting, and bundling. The entire process adheres to ISO, ASTM, and GB standards, with full-process quality tracing to guarantee the performance and reliability of every reinforcing steel bar.
