Manufactured using continuous galvanizing lines (CGL) equipped with precision zinc coating control systems (air knife system with ±5g/m² accuracy) and advanced annealing processes (hydrogen atmosphere furnaces ensure formability). Integrated with online thickness monitoring and surface scanners for full-process quality control. Annual production capacity exceeds 500,000 metric tons, supporting custom coil weight, ID/OD specifications.
