We supply high-quality tinplate coils (electrolytic tin-coated steel) with thickness ranging from 0.15-0.5mm and width from 600-1050mm, offering tin coating weights of 1.1-11.2g/m². Our products comply with international standards including JIS G3303 and ASTM A623, featuring superior surface smoothness (Ra≤0.25μm) for food cans, chemical containers, and electronic components. Various hardness grades (T1-T5) and surface treatments (passivation, oiling) are available.
Our tinplate coils are manufactured through a fully automated electrolytic tinning process that begins with thorough electrolytic cleaning and acid pickling for optimal surface preparation, followed by precision tin plating using FERROSTAN technology to achieve coating weight accuracy within ±0.1g/m². The production line incorporates integrated online surface inspection systems and advanced tension control mechanisms, enabling annual output of 150,000 metric tons while supporting specialized production requirements including differential tin coating (asymmetric coating weights on each surface) and custom width specifications.
In order to ensure product quality, we will arrange professional personnel to check product quality, packaging, weight, hardness, etc., according to customer requirements of product specifications, looking for high-quality and cheap cooperative factories in China, to provide customers with one-stop procurement services and quality assurance.
Excellent packaging: Bundled with steel straps + waterproof wrapping, can effectively protect products from corrosion and various climate changes during transportation. Generally speaking, we ship from Shanghai, Tianjin, Qingdao and Ningbo ports. We have worked with many experienced shipping companies for a long time to find the most suitable mode of transportation for you.
